  4. Failure to Adhere to Timings:

    • If the client fails to adhere to the agreed-upon timings or is late for the trip, the booking will be considered canceled, and no refund will be issued.

  • Deposits: Any amount paid as part of confirming the booking is non-refundable. These amounts are used to cover costs that may be incurred in advance to prepare and organize the trip.
  • Cancellation by the Client: If the client decides to cancel the trip for any reason, whether before the trip date or during the trip, no amounts paid will be refunded, including the deposit.
  • Emergency Circumstances: In case of emergency situations (such as bad weather or health emergencies), we may offer a partial compensation or alternative arrangements at our discretion, but this will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.

Cancellation Policy

If you need to cancel your booking, please consider the following cancellation policy:

  1. Cancellation Before the Trip Date:

    • If the client decides to cancel the booking before the scheduled trip date, the full paid amount, including the deposit, will be forfeited.
    • If the cancellation is made within a short period before the trip (less than 48 hours), an additional fee of 50% of the total trip amount may be charged.
  2. Cancellation by EgyptBlue:

    • In case of unforeseen circumstances (such as changes in local laws or natural disasters) that require trip cancellation, we will offer partial compensation or an alternative trip arrangement to the client.
    • EgyptBlue reserves the right to cancel the booking in case of emergency or uncontrollable circumstances, in which case partial refunds will be issued.
  3. Changes After Booking Confirmation:

    • If the client wishes to modify the booking after confirmation, we will try to accommodate the requests based on availability. However, additional fees or changes in pricing may apply.
  4. Force Majeure:

    • In case of force majeure circumstances (such as wars, natural disasters, or epidemics), EgyptBlue will not be responsible for any paid amounts, and no refund or compensation will be provided to the client.
